Base Pricing for our Patisserie Products

Please note that listed pricing is our base costs; all final pricing is based upon product type and quantity, type of ingredients and flavours involved, cost of production and design. Please note that pricing in 2020 will go up slightly to reflect increased market pricing. Thanks for your understanding. After reviewing our selection, please fill out OUR CATERING FORM for sample tastings and a free quote consultation. We are available to provide clients with tasting samples with a minimum 1-week notice.

In the list above, flavours with an *(asterisk) next to them indicates specialty flavours due to cost of ingredients or seasonal availability of fresh fruits, pricing may be higher to reflect the cost of production and ingredient sourcing. We use premium-grade ingredients.

Please note, while we aim to do everything we can to eliminate cross-contamination, we do work in a kitchen that contains nut products. Alert us of any guest allergies ahead of time.

Cakes: $3.75/portion, our 6-inch cakes (feeds 8-10) begin at $35

Stacking fees: $0.50/portion for tiered cakes, tiered cakes start at $100

Square & circle cakes available. Icing design, ombre tinting, and custom decor is an extra cost.

ICING DESIGN OPTIONS

  • Standard, smooth (covered)
  • Roses: provide desired colour(s), single coloured/ombre colour scheme
  • Ombre petals cake: provide the desired colour scheme, e.g. red/pink: red, white
  • Ombre smooth cake: provide the desired colour scheme, ex. dark blue to lights
  • Naked cake: frosting is only in-between layers of cake and on top of cake
  • Customized design: Via request (i.e.: theme, words, colour tone, etc.)

Cupcakes: $27/dozen, $30 for specialty flavours/design

Alcohol-infused cupcakes: $40/dozen (full-size cupcakes only)

Cake Bites / Pops: $28/dozen in cupcake liners, $30 for specialty flavours

CHOCOLATE PRODUCTS

Chocolate-dipped strawberries: $20/dozen (April-June in peak season), $22/dozen (rest of year)

$2 for short sticks and $4 for long sticks

Chocolate Marbled Oreos: $8.50/dozen, $12/dozen for custom tinting/design

RENTAL FEES

Wilton 6-tier Cupcake Tower: $35

Pastry Boards: $25

Regular Cake Stand: $15

Ceramic Cake Stand: $30

Chocolate Fountain Rental: $80 starting

Security deposit: $50 (returnable)

SERVICE FEES

Set-Up: $30 initial hour, includes set-up of food & display equipment
* $20 every additional hour or for on-site continual catering service

  • The client may provide their own decor/display equipment.

Tear-Down (if requested): $25 initial hour, includes teardown/cleanup 
* $20 every additional hour or for on-site continual catering service

Direct Pick-Up: Free at Bloor/Yonge, please coordinate with us the pick-up time!

Delivery Pricing: UberX pricing (round-trip) from Bloor/Yonge to your location.
